How to Qualify: To qualify for a chance to win Free vaccines for the life of your pet, all you need to do is:

1. Schedule an appointment for your pet at Prelesnik Animal Hospital during the month of October.
2. Ensure that your pet is up-to-date on their core vaccines at the appointment:
   • 🐶 For dogs: Rabies, and Distemper/Lepto combo.
   • 🐱 For cats: FVRCP and Rabies.

The Exciting Part: Every pet that comes in for an examination during October will automatically be entered into a drawing to win Free vaccines (Rabies, DAPPL, FVRCP) for their entire life. Imagine the peace of mind knowing that your pet’s essential vaccines are covered!
